| A. Average order time is 1 to 3 weeks with most orders in
less than 10 days. |
| Q. How long do foreign orders take. |
| A. 2 to 6 weeks on average. Some orders are inspected by
the customs department of the receiving country and will take a little
longer. |
| Q. It has been 10 day, why is my order not here yet? |
| A. Most order are less than 10 days but not all orders.
Not all 8000 items are in stock at the same time and some times it takes us
a few extra days to process and fill an order. |
| Q. Why has my credit card been charged and I have not received
a tracking number yet? |
| A. Your card is charged the second you submit your order.
We don't even receive your order to start processing it unless it has been
paid for 1st. |
| Q. How long does it take to receive my refund? |
| A. It may take a billing cycle for your refund to appear back
on your bank statement. That is just the way banks work. They take
your money fast and return it slow. |
| Q. Why do you not ship punching bags to Ak, HI and foreign
Countries. |
| A. Shipping is too expensive to ship to AK, Hi and most foreign
countries so we don't even offer the option. We have tested it and
shipping comes to over $300 for a wavmaster to Hi or AK.
