Return and Exchange Procedures

Procedures not for EBay Customers.

PLEASE PACKAGE YOUR RETURN PROPERLY:

Pack equipment loosely to prevent wrinkling – DO NOT CRUSH Leave straps unfastened not wrapped around it. Enclose your order # or Shopper ID # If payment for return shipping is not included then we will charge the return shipping to your original credit card.

What You May Return
You may return new merchandise suitable for resale; this does not include anything that has been washed, worn, altered, or soiled or damaged.

What You Can’t Return Merchandise not suitable for return includes:

Merchandise that has been worn Merchandise that has been washed Merchandise that has been altered, soiled, or damaged Discontinued merchandise Sparring equipment that is packed too tightly or with straps wrapped around it , which permanently changes the shape or smooth surface of the products Customized products and special order items.

We will replace or refund if uniforms are still in new condition (no exceptions unless defective) and must still have original package within 30 days of receipt of item, except at Christmas time. 

1. There is a 20% restocking fee on items returned if not defective or orders cancelled after it is processed.  Restock fee does not apply to exchanges.
2. If you refuse a package then you will be liable for ACTUAL shipping cost both directions plus a restock fee.
3. No order may be cancelled after the have been processed.  You would have to follow return procedures.  Do not refuse delivery.
4. We do not offer a warranty on non-contact bo's.  This includes crackle, prism, decorative and XMA bo's.  Sorry but these weapons are not made for contact only Kata or Forms.
5. Fighting Weapons are not warranted for contact, only defects before contact is made.
6. Sparring gear comes with a 30 day warranty.  
7. Anything that doesn't come with a written manufacturer's warranty will be warranted by BlackBelt Shop for 30 days.
8. Video Tapes, CD's and DVD's are non-refundable once seal is broken.  If defective, you may exchange for the exact same title.  
9. Shipping cost are non-refundable unless it was our mistake.
10. Customer must cover cost of shipping back to us and customer must also cover cost of return shipping back to themselves. For sparring gear please enclose a check for $5.95 for just 1 piece of sparring gear or $8.50 for 2 or more pieces of sparring gear to cover cost of shipping of exchange. Non US customers please email or call for shipping quote.  We only cover the cost of shipping if we sent you the wrong item.
11. If payment for return shipping is not included then we will charge the return shipping to your original credit card without notice.  Exact shipping is charged. Not the $8.50 flat rate.
12. There is a 20% restocking fee on items returned if not defective or orders cancelled after order is processed. 

13. Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive replacement item for exchanges. 
14. Any item that has been used or shows signs of wear may not be returned unless defective.
15. If the item is backed by the manufacturer then you must fill out the warranty card upon receipt of the item and warranty will only be honored by the manufacturer.

17. Items return for exchange must be accompanied with payment or credit card number.  Credit card numbers are not kept on file so payment must be with your return.
