How long will it take to get my order? Standard shipping orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed? Because we work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within a very short window after placement. Please call us immediately or email our support team with "URGENT: CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. We accept returns and exchanges on most unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How do I start a return or exchange? To review our full policy and get your prepaid shipping label, please visit our step-by-step Return Procedures Page.
Note: Specialized items, custom uniforms, or clearing gear may have specific return restrictions. Please check our full policy page for details.
🥋 Sizing & Product Care
How do I know what size uniform (Gi) to order? Martial arts uniforms generally use a specific numbering system (e.g., Size 000 to Size 7) based on height and weight rather than standard clothing sizes. Please refer to the specific sizing chart listed on the product page of the uniform you are purchasing to ensure a proper fit. If you fall between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up, as some cotton uniforms may experience slight shrinkage when washed.
How should I wash my uniforms and sparring gear?
-
Uniforms/Gis: Wash in cold water with mild detergent and hang dry to prevent shrinkage and maintain fabric longevity. Never use bleach on patches or colored uniforms.
-
Sparring Gear (Headgear, Gloves, Shin Guards): Do not machine wash. Wipe down after every training session with a damp cloth and a mild sanitizer or specialized gear spray, then allow to air dry completely out of direct sunlight.
