What You May Return

  • New, unused merchandise suitable for resale may be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damage, odors, pet hair, or debris

  • All original tags, packaging, shoe boxes, and manufacturer bags must be included

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns that are not exchanged

FREE Shipping & Heavy Item Returns

  • Items purchased with FREE shipping (including punching bags with free shipping) are subject to:

    • Up to a 20% restocking fee, plus

    • Deduction of the original actual shipping cost

  • This also applies to items returned as Refused or Return to Sender

What You Cannot Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • DVDs or Books

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Discontinued merchandise

  • Merchandise that has been:

    • Worn

    • Washed

    • Altered

    • Soiled or damaged

    • Exposed to cigarette smoke or pet hair

  • Sparring equipment that has been packed too tightly or with straps wrapped around it, causing permanent deformation or surface damage

Important Notes About Sizing & Ordering

We are a small business and do not stock inventory. Every item is special ordered.

Please do not order multiple sizes with the intent of trying them on and returning extras.

Restocking Fees & Cancellations

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply if:

    • Items are not returned in new condition

    • Original packaging is missing or damaged

    • An order is canceled after it has been placed (to cover processing fees)

  • No restocking fee will be charged if you return an item and purchase another item from us

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

Best method:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order online for the desired size or color

Shipping Errors

  • If we sent you the wrong item, we will cover shipping both ways (our mistake)

  • Incorrect sizing is not considered an error

  • If you ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for return shipping

How to Return an Item

  • Include a copy of your invoice

  • Clearly state the reason for the return
